Our clientele base is drawn from NGOs, private companies, Intergovernmental Organisations, Development finance Agencies, and mostly individuals seeking legal resolutions to such matters as they may be confronted with.
Our litigation and advise canvasses business law, corporate finance and transfer pricing, project finance, financial services, banking, telecommunications law, and tax law. We represent clients in litigation and
provide dispute resolution advice in all of the areas aforementioned.
To meet the expectations of our clients we have arranged our practice to provide teams of lawyers for large-scale transactions when needed. Our transaction teams are led by our innovative partners who stay closely involved in all aspects of the matter.
